It is time for all JHS athletes to turn in their Athletic Eligibility Packets. In order to participate in practice or tryouts these must be turned into Ms. Petersen in the Athletic Department office before Aug. 10th. She will be in the athletic office Monday, Aug. 3 from 9am to 4pm, Tuesday Aug. 4 from 1pm-4pm, Friday Aug.7, 9am-4pm. Wednesday and Thursday she will be at registration from 1-7, you may also drop your packets off then. All pages must be signed. 9th and 11th grade must have a physical attached. 10th and 12th make sure your Interim questionnaire is filled out. If you are missing any pages, they are not filled out or do not have the signatures needed, you will not be eligible to participate until everything is turned in.
